If you paid and did not get a code
Your code is issued the moment the payment clears. If you closed the tab, open the find my ticket page and put in either your ticket code, or the phone number and email you registered with.
If that finds nothing and money has left your account, contact us with the phone number you paid from. Nothing is lost, and we can find the order.
